In a remarkable display of talent and dedication, one of our students has soared beyond expectations, securing a coveted spot in the upcoming Regional Science Fair. Eleven-year-old prodigy, Saul Hardy, a student at Rockford Elementary, has captured the attention of judges and peers alike with his exceptional project.
Saul’s project, titled "Chocolate Meltdown," explores different types of chocolate and how fast they melt. His innovative approach and comprehensive understanding of physical change have earned him recognition and admiration from her teachers and peers.
"This has allowed me to discover different types of chocolate however I still prefer to stick with milk chocolate!" stated Saul.
The Regional Science Fair, a prestigious platform that showcases the brightest young scientific minds in the area, will provide Saul with the opportunity to present his project to a wider audience. Competing against students from various schools, he aims to not only share his findings but also inspire others to explore the wonders of science.
As Saul prepares to showcase his project at the Regional Science Fair, the entire school community eagerly anticipates the innovative ideas and discoveries he will bring to the forefront. The Regional science fair will be held in Greensboro with a date TBD. All of Rockford's elementary students wish him the best of luck!
