In a celebration of commitment to a drug-free lifestyle, fifth-grade students from Rockford Elementary School in Dobson recently marked the culmination of their participation in the DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program. The ceremony, held at Rockford Elementary, was a testament to their dedication and newfound knowledge about making responsible choices.

Over this school year, these eager learners immersed themselves in a curriculum that empowered them with the tools to resist substance abuse and make informed decisions. Through interactive lessons, discussions, and activities led by dedicated officers, the students gained valuable insights into the importance of personal safety and the dangers associated with drug use.

The graduation ceremony was filled with enthusiasm and pride as each student received a certificate recognizing their successful completion of the program. Parents, teachers, and community members applauded their commitment and encouraged them to carry forward the lessons learned.
