This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our Surry County Schools HOSA students - many of our students experienced their first flight, and they were able to experience various learning opportunities such as visiting the JFK Memorial and Museum as well as exploring the historic downtown of Fort Worth and downtown Dallas. We are thankful for the exceptional leadership of our HOSA advisors from these schools - Tina Beasley (SECHS), Emma Crouse (MMMS), Tanya Davis (PMMS), and Kari Casstevens (PMMS) and for the support from SCS as well as multiple community businesses who provided financial support for these efforts. This was the inaugural year for HOSA at SECHS, MMMS, and PMMS - we cannot wait to see how these chapters continue to strengthen and grow in the future.
