We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year for all rising kindergarten through twelfth-grade students. You can find the application on this page or at bit.ly/SOMSAPPLY. For optimal results, we recommend printing the PDF version of the application. Once you and your child have completed the required sections and gathered the necessary supplemental documents, please reach out to your child’s teachers to request their recommendations. Kindly ask them to submit the completed recommendations directly to Surry Online Magnet School. Afterward, submit a handwritten copy of the application to Kristin Blake at blakek@surry.k12.nc.us and Kathy Hanks at hanksk@surry.k12.nc.us. (Hint - You can email pictures of the completed application for faster delivery.) Our team will review applications regularly and will notify you of our decision via email.
