Are you interested in earning your first 2 years of college while you complete your High School Diploma (for free!)? At Surry Early College High School of Design, students are full-time high school students and full-time college students! Our students have the opportunity to receive their 2-year college degree, and/or workforce certificates and diplomas, in their 4 years of high school, completely free! Our students are highly motivated to launch their future in our rigorous, non-traditional classroom setting! Surry Early College is the only program in Surry County where students can easily finish their entire Associates Degree during their four years of high school! Our students have the option to stay a fifth year, but it is not required.
APPLICATION DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 20TH!
It is strongly encouraged that all interested applicants and a parent/guardian attend the information session at SECHS on Tuesday, December 10th at 5:00 pm in the A- auditorium in the A building located on the campus of Surry Community College.

The school counselor will provide additional documentation and/or information once the applicant has submitted their application.
The Surry Early College High School of Design counselor and administrator will collect and review each application.
Documentation from students attending private and/or home schools must be sent to SECHS by U.S. mail or delivered in person to the SECHS office (located in the T-Building, on the campus of Surry Community College) by December 20th, 2024.
All applications must be submitted by December 20th.
All students and a parent/guardian are encouraged to attend the SECHS information session on December 10th.
