About East Surry
Located in downtown Pilot Mountain, East Surry is a comprehensive high school with grades 9-12 and an enrollment of approximately 580 students. East Surry High School is committed to providing a safe, caring, nurturing, and rigorous learning environment for all students to acquire skills necessary to become productive citizens in the 21st century global society.
